Cadence’s scouting report

Nick Sirianni is the reigning Super Bowl champion and remains, by roughly his own fanbase's daily estimation, one or two bad Octobers from being fired. His new offensive coordinator is Sean Mannion, a thirty-three-year-old former career backup quarterback with one season as a position coach and zero as a play-caller, installed to modernize an offense that AJ Brown spent four years publicly pointing out was not getting him the ball. Brown is reportedly being traded to New England. Mannion's scheme runs almost exclusively out of under center, which Jalen Hurts has spent four years refusing to do because he does not like turning his back to the defense. The champions' offseason has been interesting.
