Cadence’s scouting report

The Jets fired their entire coaching staff except Aaron Glenn. The new offensive coordinator is Frank Reich, who is, somehow, back in the NFL. Glenn has said Geno Smith will lead them to the promised land, a phrase every beat writer with a functioning calendar translated as the first overall pick of the 2027 draft, currently occupied by Arch Manning. Geno returns as New York's starting quarterback twelve years after he was last the Jets' starting quarterback, this time arriving off a league-leading seventeen interceptions in Las Vegas. Per Rich Cimini: "The NFL works in mysterious ways."
